The game started with Georgian taking an early lead in the first quarter, outscoring Loyalist 22-9. Loyalist tried to make a comeback in the second quarter, scoring 26 points compared to Georgian's 17, but Georgian maintained their lead throughout the game.
In terms of individual performances, Lily Roberts-Neef (St. Thomas, ON), contributed 13 points. Janella Viado (Milton, ON) also had a strong performance, scoring 22 points for the team. Kory Hook (Barrie, ON) and Kyanna Thompson (Barrie, ON) also made significant contributions, with Hook scoring 7 points and Thompson adding 3 points.
