The Athletic and Fitness Centre offers Personal Training Services - your gateway to achieving your fitness goals with personalized guidance and expertise. Our certified trainers are here to support you on your fitness journey, whether you're a beginner looking to establish a solid foundation or an experienced individual seeking specialized training.

How to Get Started

Become a Member: If you're not already a member, sign up for a membership at our Fitness Centre.

Visit the front desk and purchase the package that best suits your needs.

Packages and Rates:

Personal training packages are available with a current fitness membership. All training sessions must be used one year from purchase date.  

Your First Session: Upon purchasing Personal Training, one of our certified trainers will contact you to arrange your first session.  The first session will include an assessment, fitness goals, preferences, and any specific considerations.

Personalized Training Plan: Based on your consultation, our trainer will create a personalized training plan tailored to your individual needs and objectives.

Training Sessions: Begin your personalized training sessions, where our trainers will guide you through effective workouts, provide feedback, and ensure proper technique.
