Barrie, ON -- Centennial seemed to have the upper hand from the start, winning all three sets with scores of 25-20, 25-19, and 25-16. The team's strong attacking and serving skills proved to be the difference-maker.
Georgian struggled to find their rhythm. Carina Brooks (Caledon, ON) was the leading scorer for Georgian with 10 points, followed by Emma Kot (Weyburn, SK) with 5 points. Mackenzie Roy (Edmonton, AB) displayed good playmaking skills with 14 assists.
Overall, Centennial's strong attacking and defense led them to a convincing victory.
Grizzlies women's volleyball is back in action this weekend as they head to Seneca on saturday.
