Fitness Classes
We certainly open to anything that will help make your fitness experience here fun and fresh!
These classes are suited to all fitness levels. Be sure to tell your instructor if you are new or if you have any physical concerns. Continuation of classes is based on attendance. Minimum number is 3+ (For the most up-to-date schedule, call 705-418-3068)
