The Georgian Grizzlies women's volleyball team ran into a road block on Saturday night when they travelled to face the Algonquin Thunder in Ottawa, ON.
The Grizzlies were unable to get their footing and lost 3-0 (25-16, 25-16, 25-14) to the Thunder.
The loss was just the second time this season that the Grizzlies have been swept in straight sets this year.
Kathryn Marks had eight points (5 kills, 3 blocks) while Ciera Beresford had seven points (5 kills, 2 blocks).
Georgian will be looking to rebound on Sunday as they take on the La Cite Coyotes to wrap up the road trip at 1 p.m.
