Grizzlies women's basketball earn big win over Lancers
Hannah Pearsall returned to the Grizzlies lineup and scored a team high 21 points in the win.

The Georgian Grizzlies women's basketball team continued their road trip on Sunday against the Loyalist Lancers in a big match for both teams playoff hopes.
In what was a very tight match-up most of the way, but it was the Grizzlies who were able to stand strong late to pull away with a 65-51 victory.
Georgian were able to get a nice boost from the return of Hannah Pearsall (Guelph) to the lineup as she scored a team high 21 points.
Teammate Eden Young was also instrumental in the team's win as she scored a career-high 12 points.
The win keeps the Grizzlies two wins ahead of Loyalist in the standings. Georgian sits in sixth place in the east division standings and they have matched the win total of the fifth place Algonquin Thunder who hold two games in-hand.
The Grizzlies will host Algonquin in another big match this Saturday at the Georgian Athletic Centre at 1 p.m.
