The Georgian Grizzlies men's basketball team hit the road on Wednesday night as they took on the Seneca Sting in North York, ON.
The Grizzlies were up against some tough competition against the undefeated Sting.
Georgian hung in with Seneca in the first half, but in the second half the Grizzlies simply ran out of gas.
The Sting stayed hot throughout, putting up 30 points in the fourth quarter to run away with a 74-41 win.
Tyler Vanessen led the Grizzlies with 13 points and nine rebounds while teammate Anthony Meggo had 12 points in the loss.
Georgian's record falls to 4-5 and they are locked in a tie for sixth in the OCAA east division.
The Grizzlies return to action this Friday, Dec. 2 when they host the George Brown Huskies at the Georgian Athletic Centre at 8 p.m.
