MEN'S RUGBY PREPARE TO HOST THE SURGE THIS SUNDAY
The Georgian Grizzlies men's rugby team will play their first home game since Nov. 2019 on Sunday.
The Georgian Grizzlies men's rugby will play their first home game of the season this coming Sunday, Oct. 3 when they host the St. Lawrence Surge at 2 P.M. at J.C. Massie Field.
The Grizzlies opened up their season last weekend when they defeated the Sheridan Bruins 29-7 on the road. Their opponent Sunday, the Surge also opened up with a win as they defeated the Durham Lords at home.
This Sunday's game will be the first time in nearly two years that the Grizzlies will host a home game after last season was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Due to safety protocols, fans WILL NOT be permitted to watch the game in-person but can watch the livestream broadcast of the game at GeorgianGrizzlies.ca/WatchLive.
