WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL SEASON ENDS WITH PLAYOFF LOSS

The Georgian Grizzlies women's volleyball team played their OCAA crossover playoff match-up on Saturday afternoon when they travelled to take on the Fanshawe Falcons in London, ON.
It was a tough game for Georgian as they took on OCAA west division's top team in Fanshawe.
The undefeated Falcons were too strong for the Grizzlies as Fanshawe won the match in straight sets 3-0 by scores of 25-14, 25-11 and 25-12.
Kelsey Watson (Barrie) led the Grizzlies in scoring with a team-high eight points in the contest.
The loss ends the Grizzlies season as the Falcons will move on to the 2019 OCAA Women's Volleyball Championship hosted by Cambrian College.
