The Georgian Grizzlies men's and women's cross country teams have shown steady improvement at each race this season and that continued Saturday at the Seneca Invitational held in King City, ON.
Tyler Thomson (Bracebridge) had an impressive day for Georgian in the men's 8km race. The second year runner finished in 17th place overall just over a minute behind the race winner.
After missing the last race, Adam Skinner (Stratford) had a good return finishing in 36th overall.
In the women's 6km race, Georgian's Meaghan Evon (Barrie) and Jessica Roach (Orillia) finished just six seconds apart in 24th and 25th place respectively.
