The Georgian Grizzlies women's basketball team played their final game of the regular season on Wednesday night as they travelled to take on the Seneca Sting in Toronto.
The women's team battled hard once again in their final game of the season.
Georgian were right in in through the first three quarters trailing by just three points heading into the game's final frame.
In the fourth the veteran Sting team were able to just pull away to earn a 48-38 win.
Debinique Knowles (Bahamas) led the team with 10 points and 13 rebounds for a double-double. McKenzie Howlett (Barrie) finished off with nine points in the game.
The young Grizzlies team grew together as a group over the season and will be looking for a big off-season heading into next year.
