The first quarter saw an impressive start by Seneca, as they took an early lead with a score of 23-8. However, Georgian fought back in the second quarter, outscoring Seneca 15-14. Tommy Ahmed (Sudan) started to find his rhythm, making a three-pointer and contributing to the team's offensive efforts. Despite Georgian's efforts, Seneca maintained a lead going into halftime with a score of 37-23.
The third quarter was a closely contested battle, with both teams trading baskets. Georgian's Emanuel Otong (Cambridge, ON) had an impressive performance, leading his team in scoring and rebounds. Otong's efforts helped Georgian close the gap, but Seneca managed to maintain their lead with a score of 60-47 at the end of the third quarter.
In the final quarter, Seneca continued to showcase their offensive prowess. Georgian made a late push, but it wasn't enough to overcome Seneca's lead. The game ended with a final score of 81-70 in favor of Seneca.
Georgian put up a valiant effort, with Otong leading the team in scoring and rebounds, but ultimately fell short.
