Student-athletes and coaches from Georgian College's varsity teams took part in the annual Terry Fox Run at Centennial Park in Barrie on Sunday.
The Grizzlies were well represented at the run with a large number taking part, all in support of cancer research and initiatives.
The Barrie event is one of 750 runs held across Canada and to date, over $750 million has been raised worldwide in Terry Fox's name to fund the most promising and innovative research.
Members of Georgian's men's basketball team Scott Smith (Spanish), Jaan Bukhari (Newmarket), Tyler Vanessen (Whitby) and William Hauseman (Newmarket) led the warmup for the full group of Barrie runners.
You can still donate to the cause through the Georgian Grizzlies team page which can be found here.
