MONDAYS

7:00 PM Boot Camp (this is a paid $ class

6:30AM Morning MashUp with Mel - 30 minutes!
8:30 AM Circuit & Weights with Kristin (NEW! starts Sept 22nd/2015
(Kristin's class takes 30 minutess in studio and 30 minutes in gym using the equipment)
9:00AM Cardio/Sculpt with Barb - Women Only
5:30 PM Spin with Gael (All welcome! 60 minutes)
6:30 PM Pump with Karen (Returns February 2016)

10:00 AM Introduction to Gym Use - new members and beginners learn how to use the
